Morning everyone!

First, last night's dinner was fab! I made my nana's crepes for Dougie and I and they didn't come out too bad. Here are some pics...

So I picked Amanda up and we hung out at my place. We played 45's (she kicked my butt) and Uno. I even tried to teach her Rummy. Its a hardgame to teach.

Today we're heading to Canobie Lake Park for the majority of the day. Should be wicked fun!

Another busy day...

So I've been on the go this early this morning... poor Rosie had an accident in her crate last night so at 7am Dougie and I were cleaning poop and bathing her (again). Then I cleaned the bathtub (why not since I now have dog hair all over it again) and then took a shower. Then I watched my new favorite hour on tv, Dawson's Creek.

We had a vet appointment at 10am so I headed down the road for that. Then I dropped Rosie off at home and ran to Lowell to have lunch with my ex-coworkers (its like we broke up lol) and then busted down to Salem State to grab my transcript from my summer class and stalk my professor so I could get my final exam back.

Now I'm just relaxing and downloading pictures from last night into the laptop. Here are a few of my awesome dinner.... Steak Tips with EVOO and Rosemary (stolen from Kiki) and some rice.

Tonight for dinner I'm making my nana's crepes and omlettes (breakfast for dinner) since I didn't run to the grocery store. Also, my cousin Amanda is sleeping over and we are heading to Canobie Lake Park tomorrow!

Oh Dawson's Creek... How I've Missed You So

This morning, while enjoy a nice hot cup of English Breakfast Tea (from my loose leaf tin I bought in Disney) and freshly made corn muffins from yesterday I discovered an old haunt. I was flipping through the guide on TV and saw.... DAWSON'S CREEK. The episode was from my favorite season, when Pacy is head over heels in love with Joey and she doesn't realize it yet. I think its Season 3 or 4 from 2000. My freshman year in college!

Anyways, yesterday was a busy day. After I blogged, I baked corn muffins and made dinner for Dougie and we ate outside on the patio set. It was the perfect night for it. Then I jumped on the couch and watched my favorite movie, Pride and Prejudice. Oh Mr. Darcy.

So far today I've eaten and checked my websites. After I finish my breakfast, I'm getting ready and heading down to Framingham to pick up my books!!!! Then grabbing lunch with Ashley at Panera and then back to the homestead to read more of King Arthur and preparing another wonderful dinner for the hubby. I know, very boring. I promise to write something interesting soon.

Afternoon everyone!

Here is my attempt to start a blog. I don't know how well this will go over since I tend to forget things like this. But oh well, here goes.

So a week from this Wednesday I will be an official full time student again, this time at Framingham State College. For those who don't know (which shouldn't be many), I am going back to school to become a high school English teacher. Teaching has been a dream of mine since, well birth. I was that girl begging her parents to start school, which I did a year earlier than what I should have (I guess they were tired of listening to be beg). I hated school vacation and asked for extra credit work over the summer. I had my parent buy me those workbooks so I could get a head start for the next year. So pretty much I'm a huge dork and love school. So I'm wicked pumped and can't wait to start. And its all thanks to my awesome hubby that told me I would be crazy not to take the year off and do this program. So thanks be to Dougie B.

Today is my first day of unemployment (my last day at PGI was Friday) so I got a lot done around the house. First, I gave Rosie a bath. Then I went food shopping and made Oatmeal Raisin cookies for Dougie (he loves Kiki's so I figured I would give it a whirl). Next is laundry that's been piling up for a month and straighting up the house. Then I'm making Dougie dinner (It's been so long!!!). We'll be having Lemon Pepper Chicken with rice and green beans. Yum!

So that's my update. Hope all is well with everyone and I promise to post as often as possible.
